PRE-REGISTRATION AGREEMENTS:

1. PLEASE ONLY BOOK ON THE DATE OF YOUR EVENT! Reserved tables made on dates not shown on the Toshokan Event Calendar will NOT be accepted!

2. Scheduling a time slot does not guarantee a table, as the session must first be manually reviewed and confirmed.

3. Party sizes must not exceed six (6) individuals at a time and reservations made over this limit may be turned away at the door.

4. Reservations must be made online, at least one hour prior to arrival time. Payment for valid sessions (ex. Page Turner, StoryKeeper) are made the day of the event. Most major credit cards are accepted, as well as cash and online payment methods such as PayPal.

5. Cancelled sessions cannot be made up, and late or no-shows may not be accommodated.

6. If you have paid for a session and leave early or are dissatisfied with service, we are NOT obligated to offer refunds. All sales should be considered final.

7. With every reservation, you agree to follow the Guest Code Of Conduct at all times. Any violation of the Code of Conduct could result in your removal from the café experience.
